As an Observer, you are allowed to view and annotate documents only.
To view the supporting documents as an Observer:
1) Select For Approval (online) from the Meeting Agenda(see red box).
Important Note: If you are added as an observer of a Resolution, your status will be shown in the Meeting Agenda as an Observer.
2) Tap on the Supporting Document name.
