To view supporting evidence in the Certificate Of Completion (COC) report:

1) To generate a COC, you must first Close and Resolve the Approvals/Resolution (see red box).

2) Once you have clicked on Close and Resolve, a Finalise Outcome and Resolve window will pop-up. Click on Confirm to finalize the outcome of the Resolution. Once confirmed, Certificate of Completion will be generated automatically in a few minutes. 


3) You will see 2 messages, the Resolution is updated successfully and the Resolution report will be generated soon.

Important Note: Please wait for about 5 minutes to view the report

4) Click on Preview Report (see red box).


5) The supporting evidence submitted by the administrator, will be listed after the Authentication Audit page of the COC.
