You can now vote for preferred meeting dates on your iPhone.
To vote for preferred meeting date(s):
1) Tap on the Schedule you wish to view from the Upcoming Items.
2) On the Schedule page, mark your availability date(s).
Important Note: You can change your votes any time before the deadline.
3) Then, tap on Update.
5) To check your confirmed availability dates, tap on Completed at the bottom of your screen.
6) Schedules will be moved to your Completed page, once you have voted your dates.
7) To unmark your availability of the meeting dates/time, unchecked the dates then tap on Update.
*Please take note that if the Proposed Schedule has been finalized, you will not be able to change your vote.
8) To view the finalised date of the schedule of the meeting, tap on the Schedule name with a Date Finalised status.
9) The finalised date will be indicated at the top of your screen.
