How to Deactivate a User

This guide shows you how to deactivate a user in Board.Vision. 

Before you start

Please ensure you are using one of the supported browsers:

• Google Chrome (v65 and above)

• Microsoft Edge (v87 and above)

Steps:

1) Log in to Board.Vision using your registered email address and password. 

2) Click on the User's Name.

3) Click on the Deactivate button. 

4) On the Deactivate User pop-up window, enter the Reason and click on Confirm. 

Note: The effective date is automatically set to the current deactivation date. 

Important Note: You can only deactivate users with an Active, Invitation Sent and Invitation Expired Status.
