Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to vote and propose an alternative date for an upcoming board meeting for your Director.
To vote for your Director:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to Upcoming Items. At the top of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name. 
3) If you wish to switch to act for another Director,
a) Tap on the default Director’s name at the top of your screen.
b) Select another Director from the dropdown list and tap on Done.
4) Once you have selected the Director, under 'To-Do: Schedules', tap on the proposed schedule that requires your response.
5) Under Mark Your Availability, you will be able to mark your director's availability by selecting "Yes" or "No" to the proposed dates.
6) Once you have made your selection, tap on Update.
Important Note: You can amend the vote any time before the deadline. To amend your vote, tap on the Schedule from the Completed page.
7) Once you have voted on the proposed schedule, it will be moved to the Completed page.
If you wish to add remarks or propose an alternative date, tap on the proposed schedule from the Completed page. 
8) Then, tap on Add Remark at the bottom of the screen. 
9) Enter your remarks then, tap on Update. 
10) You will be directed back to the Schedule page.
To propose an alternative date, tap on the Propose Alternate Date button at the bottom of the screen. 
11) On 'Your Propose Date' pop-up window, tap on the Add Date button. 
12) Enter a Propose Date, Start Time and End Time. Then, tap on Update.
13) You may enter more than 10 proposed dates. Once you have done updating, tap on Confirm.
