Previously, in the event logs, it would only reflect the users' actions without stating which document type had been uploaded, edited, deleted, read, etc. 

Now, the event logs will reflect the document type along with the users' actions. 

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design -The Logs reflected the users' actions without the document type. (E.g Upload File, Edit File, etc.)
Current Design -The Logs reflect the document type along with the users' actions. (E.g Upload Additional Document, Edit Post Meeting Document, etc.)
