We have added a new section in the View User and View User Group page for the Users and User Groups module. This section shows Administrators the reason for deactivating an existing User and User Group and reactivating an inactive User and User Group


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs of the View User page for your reference.

Previous Design
- When the Administrator deactivates an existing User or reactivates an inactive User, the Administrator has to enter the reason for deactivating or reactivating.

Once confirmed, the reason is not reflected in the View User page. 
Current Design
- Now, the reason for deactivating or reactivating a User is shown in the Deactivated/ Reactivated Reason section.

- When the Administrator deactivates an existing User Group or reactivates an inactive User Group, the Administrator has to enter the reason for deactivating or reactivating.
