There is an update to the user interface design when the Administrator recuses a User Group from an agenda or from viewing an agenda document in the Meetings module. 


Previously, if the Administrator had added a User Group as a Meeting participant and would like to recuse this User Group from an agenda or from viewing an agenda document, he/she could check/uncheck the name of the User Group members from the Recused Participants dropdown list. Now, the User Group's members' names will be greyed out and cannot be selected/ deselected. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design

If the Administrator had added a User Group as a participant and recused the User Group from an agenda or from viewing an agenda document, he/she could still check/uncheck the names of User Group members under the Recused Participants dropdown list.

Current Design

If the Administrator had added a User Group as a participant and recused the User Group from an agenda or from viewing an agenda document, the User Group members' names will be greyed out and cannot be checked/uncheckedunder the Recused Participants dropdown list,
