We have enhanced the presenter's email in Meetings


When the Business Users tap on the document name from the meeting agenda, he/she will be able to view the presenter's name and email address. Now, the presenter's email in the meeting agenda document is a hyperlink, and when Business Users click on the hyperlink, a new email will open on his/her mobile device with the presenter's address populated in the 'To:' field, ready for him/her to compose an email.

Previous Design

- The Presenter's email was displayed as text.

Current Design

- The Presenter's email address is a hyperlink.
When the Business Users click on the hyperlink, a new email will open on his/her mobile device with the presenter’s address in the 'To:' field, ready for the Business User to compose an email.
