This new feature allows the Administrators to add an appointment as a past record under the Register of Directors / CEOs / Members.
Important Note: When the Administrator adds an appointment as a past record and confirms the date of the appointment, the appointment will be auto-populated to the Director's Disclosure Section 156 with a Not Circulable status. A past record will not trigger any circulation, and will only be kept as a record.
Previous Design - When adding/editing an appointment, Administrators were unable to select the 'Past Record' option. Once the Administrators have confirmed the Date of Appointment, the record was auto-populated to the Director's Disclosure Section 156 with a 'Pending Circulation' status. |  |
