Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to respond to a survey from an email notification.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To respond to a survey from an email notification:
1) Locate the email in your inbox that invites you to complete a survey and click on the "Take the Survey" button provided in the email notification.
2) Once you have clicked on the survey link provided in the email, you will be redirected to the 'Board Self-Assessment Questionnaire' form. Complete the survey by answering all the questions presented.
3) Once you’ve answered all the questions, click the "Complete" button to finalise your survey response.
4) You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your survey has been successfully submitted.
5) You may have the option to edit your response if the Administrator enables it.
Click the "Click to Edit Your Response" button.
To edit your response at a later time, you can copy the survey response link provided.
You have successfully responded to a survey from an email notification.
