This new enhancement allows the Preparers to manage notifications to Signatories upon the completion of documents.

 

Previously, Signatories would automatically receive an email notification once a document was completed, along with the final document and COC report.

 

Now, the Preparer can choose whether to notify the Signatories and decide if the final document and COC report should be included in the email.

 

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  


 Previous Design 


- The Add Document page did not have a checkbox for "Signatories to receive a notification when the document is complete". 



Current Design

- We have added a "Signatories to receive a notification when the document is complete." checkbox in the new Settings section on the Add Document page.  


Once the Preparer selects this checkbox, they can also choose the "Signatories to receive the final document and Certificate of Completion" checkbox to include the final document and COC report within the email.
