SmartSign: Allowing Preparers to Receive Email Notifications When Notify or Set Reminder Emails Are Sent to the Signatories Print

We have enhanced the email notification process for when Preparers notify pending signatories or set reminders.

Previously, Preparers did not receive any email notification after sending reminders to the Signatories. With this enhancement, Preparers will receive an email notification from notifications@board.vision with the title, '<Company Name>: SmartSign Reminder - Your document has been sent for signature(s)'.

Below is a sample of the email notification sent to Preparers when they notify or set reminders for the Signatories.

Current Design

- The Preparers will receive an email notification each time they notify Signatories or when they have set a system auto reminder to send an email reminder to the Signatories on the document pending their signature.
