We have made improvements to the documents section in the Users, User Groups, Company Profile Settings, and Ended Meetings within the Meetings & Events module.


Previously, Administrators were unable to reorder the documents in these sections.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


1. Users Module


Previous Design

- The View User Profile Information page did not include the "Reorder" function for "Additional Documentation".

Current Design

- We have added a "Reorder" function under the "Additional Documentation" section on the View User Profile Information page.

 



2. User Groups Module


Previous Design

- The View User Group Basic Information page did not include the "Reorder" function for "Group Documents".

Current Design

- We have added a "Reorder" function under the "Group Documents" section on the View User Group Basic Information page.

 


3. Company Profile Settings


Previous Design

- The Company Profile Information page did not include the "Reorder" function for "Additional Documentation".

Current Design

- We have added a "Reorder" function under the "Additional Documentation" section on the Company Profile Information page.

 


3. Meetings & Events Module


Agenda Details - Agenda Documents


Note: The following applies only to meetings that have ended. For these meetings, you can view and reorder agenda documents, ensuring that all relevant materials are properly organised post-event. 


Previous Design

- When Administrators clicked on the "View Documents" button under the Agenda Details section on the View Meeting Basic Information page, an "Agenda Documents" window popped up.


In this window, Administrators were unable to reorder the Agenda Documents for Ended Meetings. 
Current Design

- When Administrators click on the "View Documents" button under the Agenda Details section on the View Meeting Basic Information page, an "Agenda Documents" window will pop up.


In this window, Administrators can reorder the Agenda documents for Ended Meetings.
