We have enhanced the "Action" column on the SmartSign listing page for the action buttons.


Previously, the buttons were displayed individually. Now, you can click on the Select Action button to expand and choose actions from the expanded list. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

- The action buttons were displayed openly under the "Action" column.

Current Design


- After clicking the Select Action button under the "Action" column, the Preparer can choose from the following actions in the expanded list:

  • Edit (for Draft status only)
  • Delete (for Draft, Completed, Cancelled or Declined status)
  • Download
  • Preview
  • Void (for In Circulation status only) 
  • Notify (for In Circulation status only) 
  • Set Reminder (for In Circulation status only) 
  • View Logs
  • View More Settings (to set document deadline and send a notification to Signatories, when the document is in Draft or In Circulation status)
