Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to create a survey template.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To create a survey template:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, click on Survey Questionnaire from the left menu.
3) Click on the Templates button next to Add Survey at the top right of your screen.
4) On the "Survey Questionnaire Template" page, click the Add Template button.
5) On the "Add Survey Template" page, enter the required Survey Title (in red box).
You may provide a brief description (in blue box) explaining the purpose of the survey and how long it will take to complete. This sets expectations for respondents.
6) Enter your question and you can choose from various question types such as:
- Radio Button Group
- Rating Scale
- Checkboxes
- Single Selection Dropdown
- Multi Selection Dropdown
- Yes/No
- Single-Line Input
- Long Text Input
- Single Select Matrix
- File Upload
- Image Picker
- Ranking
- Multiple Textboxes
7) Once you have added all the questions, preview it before sending out your survey to ensure everything works as intended.
8) Then, click Save.
You have successfully created a survey template.
