Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to submit a notice of change in interest.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.
To submit a notice of change in interest:
1) Log in to your Director Disclosure account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, both Sections 156 and 165 will be visible on your screen. 
3) Click on the Section 165 button next to Section 156 and you will be directed to the Current Shareholdings section.
4) Select the shareholdings and interest you want to change.
5) Click on the Pen icon.
6) Once you have clicked on the Pen icon, a "Shareholdings / Interest" window will pop up. Click on +Add New.
7) A new row will be added for you to input the change.
To record the purchase of shares, select "+" under the "Change in Securities" column.
To record the sale of shares, select "-" under the "Change in Securities" column.
8) If you wish to circulate the disclosure, select the Require Circulation checkbox and click Confirm.
Note: If the interest you are referring to involves a price or consideration, please indicate the amount in the "Price or Other Consideration (Total)" field.
However, if there is no monetary value (e.g., it was a gift/inheritance/bonus issue) or if this record is a “Past Record” for record-keeping purposes, and price/consideration data is not available, you may leave this field empty.
9) Once you have confirmed, click on the Update button.
10) Then, click on the Confirm Shareholdings button.
