We have improved the automatic reminder feature for Participants and Executive Assistants under the Approval and Schedule Settings on the Global Settings page.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
Previous Design - Under the “Approval Settings” and “Schedule Settings” sections, Administrators could only configure up to three scheduled reminders to be sent before the deadline to Participants and/or their Executive Assistants who have not responded to the Approvals or Schedules. | ![]() |
Current Design - We have added a Recurring Reminder option that allows Administrators to set up automated notifications at specified intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly) until Participants and/or their Executive Assistants respond to the Approvals or Schedules. However, reminders will only be sent to Participants and/or their Executive Assistants who have not yet responded, ensuring timely follow-ups and improved response rates. | ![]() |
