Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to enable document download for an Auditor.

- Meeting Minutes
- Supporting Documents in the Registers Module
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.
To enable document download for an Auditor:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) From the left menu, go to Users and select an Auditor.
3) Scroll down to the Auditor's Access Settings section.
4) Under the "Document Settings", select the following checkboxes:
- Allow Auditor to download Approval Certificate of Completion (COC)
- Allow Auditor to download Meeting Minutes
- Allow Auditor to download supporting documents in Register Module
Once done updating, click on Update.
