Survey Questionnaire: Allowing Surveyors to Notify Respondents When Survey Results are Published

We have introduced a new enhancement that allows Surveyors to notify respondents when survey results are published.

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design

- The "Publish Result" pop-up window did not have the option to send notifications to respondents.

Current Design

- A "Send Notification" option has been added to the "Publish Result" window, allowing Surveyors to notify respondents when results are published.

1) After clicking on the Publish Result button, a "Publish Result" window will appear, and an option to send a notification will be included.

2) From the "Send Notification" pop-up window, Surveyors can edit the default Subject and Message, then send out the notification.
