Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to set access settings to allow Auditors to view supporting documents.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.
To set access settings to allow Auditors to view supporting documents:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) From the left menu, go to Users. Then, click on the Auditor's Name.
3) On the "View User Profile Information" page, scroll down to the "Auditor's Access Settings" section and click on Edit.
4) Under Document Settings, select the following options:
a) Allow Auditor to view approval supporting documents
and if required,
b) Allow Auditor to download approval supporting documents
