Administrators can now customise the content of email reminders for Approvals, Meetings, and Schedules.
The custom message option is available under:
Approval Settings
Meeting Settings
Schedule Settings
These can be accessed via the Global Settings page.
When configuring scheduled reminders, Administrators will now see a +Add Message button at the top right of the reminder section. Clicking this allows the Administrator to enter a custom message that will be included in the corresponding email reminder.
Note: Only Product Owners and Super Administrators have access to the Global Settings page.
Below is a sample of the email reminder with a custom message for your reference:
- Email received by users with an additional message:
- Email received by users without additional message.
When no custom message is added, the system will include the default line:
“Auto reminder from the system”
