Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to create custom dashboards.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.
To create your custom dashboard:
1) Go to your Profile Picture and select Global Settings from the dropdown.
2) Scroll down to the Additional Module Settings section and click on Edit.
3) You can update the Module Name, Dashboard Name, and URL based on your company's preference.
By default:
Module Name is set as BV Dashboard
Dashboard Name is set as Support Dashboard
The URL is set to the Board.Vision Knowledge Base's URL
The Allow Viewing option is disabled
4) Alternatively, you can add another dashboard by clicking on the +Add Another Dashboard button.
Dashboard 2 will appear for you to enter the Name and URL.
5) Once done updating, toggle to switch on the Allow Viewing option and click on Confirm.
6) Users will see a new module called "BV Dashboard" added to the left menu.
Within this module, they will be able to view the dashboards configured by the Administrator and can click on each one individually to view its content.
