Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to add a new appointment/interest.
Important Note: Director's Disclosure portal is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later), Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later), and Safari (version 12.0 and later) browsers.
To add a new appointment/interest:
2) Once you are logged in, the Current Appointments / Interests section under Section 156 will be shown as your main screen.
3) Click on the Add Interest button at the top right of the screen.
4) On the Add New Appointment / Interest page,
a) Select the Past Record checkbox if the appointment/interest has been circulated before and you would like to keep it in the system for record purposes. As the past record will not trigger any circulation.
c) Select your appointment/interest from the Interest / Appointment dropdown list, and enter the Date of Appointment, Co-Sec Name, and Co-Sec Email.
d) Then, click on the Confirm Appointment /Interest button at the bottom.
Note: Fields marked with asterisks are mandatory and cannot be left blank
Note: If you selected the 'Past Record' checkbox for the appointment, the status will show as 'Not Circulable'. As the past record will not trigger any circulation.
