Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to download a set of Meeting documents.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices. 


To download a set of Meeting documents: 


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you have logged in, select the Meetings filter on your Home screen and click on View Details.


3) On the View Meeting Basic Information page, click on the Download Document button.


Note: Business Users will be able to download the set of Meeting documents of a Meeting with a Scheduled, Ongoing, or Ended status. 



When you download the Meeting documents from Board.Vision, they will be saved to your desktop or laptop in a .zip file.


Important Notes:

  1. You can only download documents you have access to, and only if document download is enabled by the Administrator.

  2. Business Users will be able to download a set of Meeting documents for Meetings that are in Scheduled, Ongoing, or Ended status.

  3. Once downloaded, the documents will be compressed into a .zip folder, containing the following:

a) Agenda (Folder)

  • This folder is included if there are any Agenda or Agenda Item-related documents.

  • For any Agenda Items marked "For Approval (Online)", only the Approval and Supporting Documents will be included.



b) Additional Documentation (Folder)

  • This folder is included if there are any additional documents uploaded by the Administrator.



c) Meeting Minutes (Folder)

  • This folder is only included for Meetings that are in the Ended status and if Meeting Minutes are available.
