We have made improvements to the downloaded content list for the Register of Directors, Register of CEOs, and Register of Members.
Previously, the downloaded content list did not include the column for Director's Disclosure Circulation Status and Share Details.
Important Note: This enhancement applies to both the present and past Register of Directors, Register of CEOs, and Register of Members.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) Register of Directors
Previous Design - The list of downloaded content included only the following details: SN, Full Name, Date of Appointment, Date of Cessation, Status, Address, Nationality, Identification Type, Identification Number, and Position. |  |
Current Design - We updated the downloaded content list by renaming the column "Status" to "Register Status" and adding the column "Director's Disclosure Circulation Status" to the downloaded content list. |  |
2) Register of CEOs
Previous Design - The list of downloaded content included only the following details: SN, Full Name, Date of Appointment, Date of Cessation, Status, Address, Nationality, Identification Type, and Identification Number |  |

3) Register of Members
Previous Design - The list of downloaded content included only the following details: SN, Name of Member, Address, Type of Member, Identification No./UEN, Nationality, Identification Type, Date of Entered as a Member, Date Ceased as a Member and Status. |  |
Current Design - We updated the downloaded content list by renaming the column "Status" to "Register Status" and adding the columns "Director's Disclosure Circulation Status" and "Share Details" (SN, Currency Type, Class of Shares, No. of Shares Held, Amount of paid up share capital or amount agreed to be considered as paid, Sub-Class of Share, No. of Sharee Held (Sub-Class), Shares Held in Trust (Optional) and Name of Trust (Optional). Note: The Administrator now has the option to download the register record with Current Shareholdings or without Current Shareholdings. |  |
