There are some enhancements to the Register of Members. 

 

1) We have renamed the "Status" column to "Register Status".

2) We have allowed Administrators to select three types of Director’s Disclosure circulation status when confirming the date entered for a record with a Pending status.  

Previous Design

 

- The Confirmation pop-up screen did not include a dropdown menu for the circulation status. 

 

If the Administrator had entered the Director’s appointment as a new record, the appointment would be updated with a Pending Circulation status and circulation was required.

 

If the Administrator had entered the Director’s appointment as past record, the appointment would be updated with a Not Circulable status, and no circulation was required.

Current Design 

 

- We have added a dropdown menu on the Confirm Register pop-up screen when the Administrators click on the Confirm Date Entered as a Member button.

 

Administrators are able to select from the options provided:

 

1. Yes, it requires circulation.

2. No, it does not require circulation.

3. No, it's already circulated.

 

Note: The circulation status option is enabled only for Individual types of member records.

3) We have allowed Administrators to select three types of Director’s Disclosure circulation status when updating a member's record with a Confirmed status.

-The Update Register pop-up screen previously did not include an option for Administrators to select the circulation status.
 

Current Design

 

-We have added a dropdown menu on the Update Register pop-up screen when the Administrators click on the Update Register button.

 

Administrators are able to select from the options provided:


 

1. Yes, it requires circulation.

2. No, it does not require circulation.

3. No, it's already circulated.

 

Note: The circulation status option is enabled only for Individual types of member records.

 

4) We have allowed Administrators to select three types of Director’s Disclosure circulation status when ceasing a member.

Previous Design

 

-The Remove from Register pop-up screen previously did not include an option for Administrators to select the circulation status.
 

Current Design

 

-We have added a dropdown menu on the Remove from Register pop-up screen when the Administrators click on the Remove from Register button.

 

Administrators are able to select from the options provided:


 

1. Yes, it requires circulation.

2. No, it does not require circulation.

3. No, it's already circulated.

 

Note: The circulation status option is enabled only for Individual types of member records.

 

 5) We have allowed Administrators to select three types of Director’s Disclosure circulation status when editing a past member's record.

 

Note: The Edit icon is enabled only for Individual types of member record.

Previous Design

 

-When Administrators ceased a member, the record was updated to the Past record page.

 

The Pen icon became non-clickable, and Administrators were no longer able to update the circulation status.
 

Current Design

 

-When Administrators ceases a member, the record will be updated to the Past record page.

 

We have added a dropdown menu on the Edit Past Register pop-up screen when the Administrators click on the Edit button.

 

Administrators are able to select from the options provided:


 

1. Yes, it requires circulation.

2. No, it does not require circulation.

3. No, it's already circulated.

 

Note: The circulation status option is enabled only for Individual types of member records.



Note: The available options for circulation status are as follows:

 

1) Yes, it requires circulation

  • The appointment status will be shown as 'Pending Circulation' in the Director’s Disclosure Section 156 Current Appointments/Interests, indicating that the Director is required to circulate his appointment as a Member.

 

2) No, it does not require circulation

  • The appointment status will be shown as 'Not Circulable' in the Director’s Disclosure Section 156 Current Appointments/Interests, indicating that Director is not required to circulate his/her appointment.

 

3) No, it's already circulated

  • The appointment status will be shown as 'Circulated’ in the Director’s Disclosure Section 156 Current Appointments/Interest', indicating that the Director’s appointment has already been circulated.

 

Administrators will also be able to view the circulation status under the Director’s Disclosure Circulation Status column in the Register of Members.

Note: For Local Company/Unregistered Foreign Company/Foreign Company/ Partnership, the Director’s Circulation Status will always show “N.A”.
