We have made improvements to allow the Administrators to utilise drag-and-drop functionality for uploading documents within Board Vision. 

This feature enhancement will apply to the following modules:

  • My Profile (Add Additional Documentation)
  • Company Profile Settings (Add Additional Documentation)
  • Users (Add Additional Documentation)
  • User Groups (Add Group Documents)
  • Meetings & Events (Add and Replace Agenda Documents/ Additional Documentation/ Post Meeting Document, Upload and Replace Signed Minutes)
  • Approvals (Add or Update Approval Document, and Add Supporting/ Post Approval Document/ Upload Offline Document)

 Previous Design 


- The Administrator was required to click on 'Choose File' to upload a document from the system.


Current Design


- The Administrator now has the option to either drag and drop a document from the system or click to select a document for upload.
