We have made improvements to allow the Administrators to utilise drag-and-drop functionality for uploading documents within Board Vision.
This feature enhancement will apply to the following modules:
- My Profile (Add Additional Documentation)
- Company Profile Settings (Add Additional Documentation)
- Users (Add Additional Documentation)
- User Groups (Add Group Documents)
- Meetings & Events (Add and Replace Agenda Documents/ Additional Documentation/ Post Meeting Document, Upload and Replace Signed Minutes)
- Approvals (Add or Update Approval Document, and Add Supporting/ Post Approval Document/ Upload Offline Document)
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
Previous Design - The Administrator was required to click on 'Choose File' to upload a document from the system. |  |
Current Design - The Administrator now has the option to either drag and drop a document from the system or click to select a document for upload. |  |
