This new enhancement allows the Administrators to notify Alternate Directors to receive email and/or push notifications when an Approval is created.


Important Note: The enhancement applies to Approvals created via the single company screen and Admin Dashboard module.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.


1) When activating and notifying participants after creating an Approval

 Previous Design 

 

- On the Notification pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name was not included under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.  


 

Current Design

 

- On the Notification pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name will be displayed below the Director's name.


Administrators can notify the Alternate Director by selecting his/her name under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.

 


2) When changing an Approval deadline


Previous Design 

 

- On the Send Notification/Change Deadline pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name was not included under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.  


Current Design

 

- On the Send Notification/Change Deadline pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name will be displayed below the Director's name.


Administrators can notify the Alternate Director by selecting his/her name under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.



 

3) When canceling an Approval 

Previous Design 

 

- On the Cancel Approval pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name was not included under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.  


Current Design

 

- On the Cancel Approval pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name will be displayed below the Director's name.


Administrators can notify the Alternate Director by selecting his/her name under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.



4) When adding a new participant to an activated Approval

Previous Design 

 

- On the Add New Participant pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name was not included under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.  


Current Design

 

- On the Add New Participant pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name will be displayed below the Director's name.


Administrators can notify the Alternate Director by selecting his/her name under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.




5) When adding a new user group to an activated Approval 

Previous Design 

 

- On the Add New Participants pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name was not included under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.

6) When finalising and resolving an Approval

- On the Finalise Outcome and Resolve pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name was not included under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.

- On the Finalise Outcome and Resolve pop-up screen, the Alternate Director's name will be displayed below the Director's name.


Administrators can notify the Alternate Director by selecting his/her name under the Notify Participants and Executive Assistants.
