We have added a function to allow Business Users to save their signature via 'Saved Signature' on desktop/laptop for e-signing of Approvals.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design

- Once the Business Users clicked on their profile icon at the top right of the screen, the dropdown menu did not provide them an option to save their signature.

Current Design

- Once the Business Users click

 on their profile icon at the top right of the screen, a dropdown menu will appear, including the "Saved Signature" option.

Upon clicking on Saved Signature, Business Users will be prompted with the "My Signature" pop-up screen, where they can proceed to save their signature.
 
If they had saved their signature previously via mobile devices, their signature will be auto-populated on this screen, and they can choose to save a new signature or upload a signature image from their desktop/laptop.
