This new enhancement allows Signatories to review and sign documents via the SmartSign module on Board.Vision.


Previously, Signatories could only sign the documents after reviewing them via the email notification they received.


Important Note: This enhancement is applicable only to Signatories who are existing Board.Vision Users.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  


Previous Design


- Signatories will receive an email notification to review the document.


After clicking on the "Review Document" link in green, they will be directed to the document page for e-signing.

Current Design


- Signatories can now take action by e-signing the document through the SmartSign module on Board.Vision by clicking on the "Action Required" button.
