This new enhancement allows the Administrators to manage new proposed dates even after the Schedule has been activated.

Administrators can now save these dates as drafts after activation and propose them to the Business Users and their Executive Assistants when ready.

Previously, once a schedule was activated, any additional proposed dates were immediately visible and could not be edited before confirmation.

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design

- Once the Administrators added a new proposed date to an activated Schedule, the date would automatically be added to the "Proposed Dates" section and was immediately visible to Business Users and Executive Assistants.
Current Design

- Under the "Proposed Dates" section, once the Administrators add a new proposed date, the date will be initially saved as a draft.

Administrators can confirm it to allow Business Users to vote on them or delete it.

1) After adding the new proposed date(s), Administrators can click on the Confirm button.
2) Upon clicking on the Confirm button, a "Confirm Date?" window will pop up. Once ready, click Confirm

Once Administrators confirm the new proposed dates, Business Users will see them added to the "New Proposed Date" section.
