How to Send a Document Link

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to send a document link.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).



To send a document link:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you are logged in, go to SmartSign from the left menu and click on the Select Action.

Then, select Notify from the pop-up menu. 


3) On the "Notify Pending Signatories" pop-up window, click the Copy Link button.


A confirmation message will appear indicating that the link has been copied successfully.

You may then share the copied link with the Signatory via email, SMS, or other messaging applications.


You have successfully copied a document link for sending.
