We have introduced a new function that allows Administrators to bulk archive events, under the Meetings & Events, Approvals, and Planning & Scheduling modules.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) Bulk Archiving in the Meetings & Events Module:
Previous Design - The "Meetings & Events" page did not have a Bulk Archive function. | |
Current Design - We have added a Bulk Archive function located next to the Add Meeting button on the "Meetings & Events" page. | a) Click on the Bulk Archive button. b) Upon clicking the Bulk Archive button, an "Archive Meeting" window will appear, allowing you to filter the Meetings by date range and status. |
