We have introduced a new function that allows Administrators to bulk archive events, under the Meetings & Events, Approvals, and Planning & Scheduling modules.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.


1) Bulk Archiving in the Meetings & Events Module:


Previous Design

- The "Meetings & Events" page did not have a Bulk Archive function.

Current Design

- We have added a Bulk Archive function located next to the Add Meeting button on the "Meetings & Events" page.



 a) Click on the Bulk Archive button.
b) Upon clicking the Bulk Archive button, an "Archive Meeting" window will appear, allowing you to filter the Meetings by date range and status. 


2) Bulk Archiving in the Approvals Module:


Previous Design

- The "Approvals" page did not have a Bulk Archive function.

Current Design

- We have added a Bulk Archive function located next to the Add Approval button on the "Approvals" page.



 a) Click on the Bulk Archive button.

b) Upon clicking the Bulk Archive button, an "Archive Meeting" window will appear, allowing you to filter the Approvals by date range and status. 


3) Bulk Archiving in the Planning & Scheduling Module:

- The "Planning & Scheduling" page did not have a Bulk Archive function.

Current Design

- We have added a Bulk Archive function located next to the Add Schedule button on the "Planning & Scheduling" page.



 a) Click on the Bulk Archive button.
b) Upon clicking the Bulk Archive button, an "Archive Schedule" window will appear, allowing you to filter Schedules by date range and status.
