We have enhanced the Meetings module to improve user experience and reduce the need to re-annotate documents.
Previously, annotations were not retained when a meeting document was replaced, which meant users had to reapply them manually if needed.
With this enhancement, when Administrators replace a meeting document, existing annotations made by users will be retained and carried over to the new version of the document - ensuring a smoother, uninterrupted experience.
