In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to generate a current directorship report.
Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To generate a current directorship report:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) From the left menu, go to Reports.
Select the as at date for the current directors' report and click on Download Report.
3) Once you have clicked on Download Report, your document will be saved to your desktop/laptop in excel format.
Important Notes: The report will list all the current Directors/CEOs in the same company group.
The Directorship Report is automatically generated using the following logic:
Group Matching: The system identifies the company group associated with your current login (e.g., ABC Group).
Appointment Verification: It pulls all users within that group who hold active appointments in the Register of Directors, CEOs, and Members.
Cross-Entity Mapping: The system cross-references these users against all other companies across the Board.Vision platform and Director's Disclosure portal.
