This enhancement allows Administrators to set up scheduled or recurring reminders for upcoming meetings within Board.Vision.
The option is available under Meeting Settings on the Global Settings page.
This new feature helps to ensure that attendees are informed, prepared, and less likely to miss meetings or overlook important materials.
Note: Only Product Owners and Super Administrators have access to the Global Settings page.

Previous Design - Administrators could not configure any scheduled or recurring reminders to Participants and/or their Executive Assistants under the "Global Settings" page. | ![]() |
Current Design - We have added the following options: 1)Scheduled Reminders 2) Recurring Reminders | 1)Scheduled Reminders Administrators can now configure up to three scheduled reminders to be sent at a specified number of days, hours, or minutes before a meeting begins. ![]() 2) Recurring Reminders Administrators can also set automated recurring reminders leading up to a meeting. a) Reminder Time
