How to View Meeting Information and Minutes

This guide shows you how to view meeting details and access meeting minutes in Board.Vision. 

Before you start

Please ensure you are using one of the supported browsers:

• Google Chrome (v65 and above)

• Microsoft Edge (v87 and above)

Steps:

1) Log in to Board.Vision using your registered email address and password. 

2) You will land on Meetings & Events.

3) Select the meeting you want to view.

4) On the meeting page, you can view:

• Date & time

• Venue

• Participants

• Organiser details

To view the meeting minutes, scroll to Meeting Minutes and click the file name.

Important: Meeting minutes downloads are restricted for Auditors unless enabled by an Administrator.
