How to View an Approval and the Certificate of Completion (CoC) Report

This guide shows you how to view approval and CoC report in Board.Vision.

Before you start

Please ensure you are using one of the supported browsers:

Google Chrome (v65 and above)
Microsoft Edge (v87 and above)

Steps:

1) Log in to Board.Vision using your registered email address and password.

2) You will land on Meetings & Events.

3) From the left navigation menu, go to Approvals and select the approval.

4) On the approval page, you can view:

Deadline
Participants
Certificate of Completion (CoC) status

5) To view the CoC report, click View CoC at the top right.
The report opens in a new tab.

Important: CoC report downloads are restricted for Auditors unless enabled by an Administrator.
